Platinium is the restaurant and beach bar of Hotel Platinium, set a minute above the pebbles of Dhërmi beach with a thatched terrace facing the Ionian. The kitchen leans Mediterranean, with fresh local fish and shellfish, seafood pasta, carpaccio, grilled meats and wood-fired pizzas, served from breakfast through late dinner.
