Luciano is a whitewashed beach club, restaurant and small hotel set on the rocks above the turquoise water of Dhërmi, with fringed umbrellas, rattan chairs and timber decks under the pines. The kitchen is seafood-led and Italian-leaning, from fried calamari and seafood linguine to grilled fish and pizza, with a lounge for sunset drinks and dinners by the water.

Few tables on the Riviera match the setting: a deck almost on the rocks, the Ionian glowing turquoise below and a plate of seafood pasta in the sun. It slides from a long, lounging lunch to a candlelit dinner as the light goes gold.
