Flow Beach by Splendor is a beach club and restaurant on a pebble cove in Dhërmi, run by the Splendor boutique hotel and open from late spring to the end of September. Days are built around sunbeds, Mediterranean seafood plates and pasta by the water, then the terraces switch to craft cocktails, a resident DJ and evening events under the palms.
Why We Love It
Clear turquoise water laps at the stones a few steps from your table, fringed parasols throw shade over the sunbeds and a bowl of spaghetti alle vongole tastes better for it. By dusk the orange umbrellas fold away and the same terrace turns into an open-air lounge with the Ionian as its backdrop.
