Restaurant Kapllani is the family-run restaurant of the Kapllani guesthouse on a cobbled lane of Berat's old town, with a stone-walled dining room, a fireplace for winter and a shaded terrace on the street for summer. The kitchen cooks traditional Albanian dishes from time-honoured recipes and produce sourced from local farmers, from oven-baked casseroles and grilled meats to fresh salads and pasta.
