Magjia by Enrik Rrapaj is a chef-led restaurant in Vlorë serving Mediterranean cooking with Italian roots, built on fresh fish and seafood from the display counter, handmade pasta and steaks. The room mixes white linen and gilded chairs with a ceiling of hanging greenery, and a covered terrace opens onto the street for breakfast through late dinner, seven days a week.
Why We Love It
A plate of oysters on ice arrives in a shell-shaped dish, the pistachio linguine is silky and green, and the chef's playful touches show up right down to the dessert. It is a polished, good-humoured dining room that takes its seafood seriously without ever feeling stiff.
