Tiku & Mato is a seafood restaurant perched above the Uji i Ftohtë coast in Vlorë, with a glass-walled dining room and terrace facing the bay, plus The Moon lounge bar for drinks at sunset. The kitchen works Italian and Mediterranean ideas around the local catch: fish carpaccio, scampi crudo, stuffed calamari and pasta with shellfish, backed by a proper wine list.

Why We Love It

The bay does half the work here, filling every window with blue by day and orange by dusk, and the plates are light and precise enough to keep up with it. Book for the last hour of daylight, order the crudo, and stay on for a drink at the lounge bar once the sun has gone.
