The Yacht Restaurant is the seafood and Mediterranean restaurant of The Yacht Hotel on the Uji i Ftohtë waterfront in Vlorë, with a glass-fronted dining room and a terrace looking straight onto the bay. The kitchen pairs locally landed fish and shellfish with Italian technique: raw and grilled seafood platters, handmade pasta, tagliata and a considered wine list.
