Gjurma is chef Aldo Mehmeti's seafood restaurant at Crystal Luxury Resort on the Vlorë coast, with a poolside terrace that looks straight out to the bay. The menu is built on fish landed by local fishermen, served alongside Italian-leaning plates such as paccheri with seafood, wood-fired pizza and a short sushi selection.
Why We Love It
Dinner here comes with the sound of the pool and a sky that turns pink over the Bay of Vlorë. The fried calamari and shrimp arrive hot and light, and the whole approach is simple: whatever the boats brought in that morning is what ends up on the plate.
