NÖJE is a Nordic-inspired bakery and specialty coffee bar at Lake View on Rruga e Kosovarëve in Tirana, baking sourdough bread, cardamom buns, croissants and seasonal pastries fresh every morning. Specialty coffee and ceremonial-grade matcha are served at a long wooden counter and on a terrace facing the park, with plant milks and decaf always on hand, and the café is pet friendly and closed on Mondays.
Why We Love It
The counter is lined with laminated pastries that shatter properly, from cream-filled semlor to pistachio croissants and fruit-topped danishes, and the flat whites are made with real care. Grab a seat outside on a slow morning and it feels like a pocket of Copenhagen next to the lake park.
