Punishtja e Artizanëve is a slow food restaurant near Ura e Tabakëve, serving traditional Albanian cooking from local producers. Chef Klajdi Tafa works with six tables and a short seasonal menu built on slow-cooked meat, homemade bread and Albanian wine.
