Artur Restaurant is a modern seafood restaurant in the centre of Tirana, the city outpost of a family of fish restaurants with sister locations in Durrës, Dhërmi and Jalë. The kitchen works with fresh fish and shellfish in contemporary, plated recipes, backed by a wide wine selection displayed in a glass-walled cellar in the wood-panelled dining room.
