Amo Sushi is a stylish Asian restaurant on the ground floor of Tirana's Twin Towers, set under a glass roof among hanging greenery and warm pendant lighting. The kitchen spans sushi and sashimi, signature maki, seafood ramen and small plates like gyoza and edamame, and it was the first restaurant in Albania to offer an all-you-can-eat formula at lunch and dinner.
