ABA 21 is a fine dining rooftop restaurant on the 21st floor of the ABA Business Center in central Tirana. Executive chef Marco Cappelletti builds a seasonal Mediterranean menu around carefully sourced produce, fresh handmade pasta and fish, served in a bright white dining room and on a terrace with views across the city, alongside a dedicated wine list and cocktail bar.
