Haxhi is a family-run seafood restaurant on the hillside above Sarandë, with a terrace that looks straight out over the Ionian. The kitchen turns out grilled fish, prawns, octopus and seafood pasta alongside home-style Albanian plates, inside a warmly lit dining room packed with maritime curios, antiques and string lights.
