Gerti Restaurant is a beachfront family restaurant at Shkëmbi i Kavajës on the Durrës coast, open from breakfast through dinner. The kitchen mixes seafood with Italian comfort food, from grilled fish and fried calamari to shrimp pasta, risotto and pizza, served in a bright modern dining room or on the terrace above the sand.
Why We Love It
Sunset over the Adriatic, a spritz on the table and a platter of fried fish with lemon make a very good end to a beach day. Prices stay honest, portions are generous and families settle in easily thanks to the relaxed terrace and the kids' corner.
