About
Divjaka Fish is a family-run seafood restaurant on the main road through Divjakë, close to the Karavasta lagoon and national park. The kitchen works with local catch, from grilled prawns, mussels and crab to eel and fried lagoon fish, alongside Myzeqe home cooking and seafood pasta, in a large hall with a fireplace and live music on some evenings.
Why We Love It
Platters arrive piled high with prawns, langoustines and grilled fish, at prices that feel like a different era. It is the natural stop after a day watching pelicans at Karavasta, unfussy and generous in the way small-town Albanian fish restaurants do best.

About
Pelikan is a family-run seafood restaurant with a small hotel at Divjakë beach, on the edge of the Divjakë-Karavasta lagoon and national park. The kitchen works with the local catch, serving grilled prawns and langoustines, fried calamari, whole fish and seafood pasta in a simple, white-tablecloth dining room with a garden terrace.
Why We Love It
Platters of grilled prawns and crispy calamari arrive fast and generous, tasting of the lagoon a few hundred metres away. After lunch, the wooden pier into the water at sunset is the kind of quiet that makes the drive to Divjakë worth it.
